At Mack Manufacturing, in our 61,000+ square foot manufacturing and head office facility, our parts department has over $1,000,000 in inventory ready to go and everything world-class technicians need to help keep your Mack attachments (buckets, grapples, grabs) in tiptop shape. We know that the work you do is demanding and can take its toll on your equipment. That’s why we engineer and build toughness and quality into every attachment.
Our team of technicians have come through the ranks of our family-owned 3rd generation operation and have a thorough knowledge of every Mack bucket, grapple and grab in service from Maine to California or anywhere in the world from South America to Finland and everywhere in between. With the latest technology at their fingertips, these technicians are fully equipped to have you back and operational as quickly as possible.

Our Process
When you call, our engineering team pulls out the drawings and the technicians review the manuals on your attachment. They familiarize themselves with it and your application so that when they get on site, you can be up and running and minimize any disruption to your operation while all but eliminating any future unscheduled downtime through the development of our customized PM programs.
One call and we are on our way. Whether your problem is with a Mack grapple or bucket or some other manufacturer, our service technicians have the knowledge, experience and replacement parts necessary to keep you on the job and we won’t be leaving until you are up and running to spec.
